Pioneering Director Menelik Shabazz will screen his rarely seen films; Blood Ah Go Run, Breaking Point and Step Forward Youth at Ritzy Picturehouse, Brixton. The presentation will include a Q&A with the director, which explores the historical context of the films, whilst matching them to society’s present challenges concerning youth.

Caramel Film Club Screens – Tupac Resurrection + Music Videos + Panel Discussion @ Brixton Ritzy

Caramel Club’s screening of Tupac Resurrection takes place Sunday 10th September @ Brixton Ritzy along with a will host a post-screening panel with MC & hip-hop educator Breis, award winning lyricist Eklipse and journalist and founder of The British Blacklist Akua Gyamfi to discuss themes from the film. Shortly followed by an evening of music and VJing with One Nation’s DJ Croc, Mi-Soul’s Shaq D and a PA from emerging rapper ALEX-iS.
