The drama previously titled ‘Provision‘ stars Letitia Wright as Aisha Osagie alongside Josh O’Connor who plays former prisoner Conor Healy in a film about a young Nigerian woman who seeks international protection in Ireland. Caught in limbo for years in Ireland’s immigration system, Aisha develops a friendship with Conor whom she meets at one of the accommodation centres.

Frank Berry (Michael Inside) directed and wrote the film. Producers are Tristan Orpen Lynch, Aoife O’Sullivan, Donna Eperon (Michael Inside), and Park Pictures’ Sam Bisbee (Truffle Hunters).

The film that has just wrapped filming in Ireland was developed and financed by Screen Ireland, BBC Film, RTE, and the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland in association with Park Pictures, Wavelength, and World of Ha Productions. Executive Producers are Rose Garnett for BBC Film, Hallee Adelman, Ivy Herman, Jenifer Westphal, Joe Plummer, Lance Acord, Jackie Kelman Bisbee, Wendy Neu, William Byerley, and George Rush.

Wright is repped by Identity Agency Group and her attorneys at Sloane, Offer, Weber and Dern. Wright was recently nominated for a BAFTA for her role as Altheia Jones-LeCointe.
