Goldie To Release Memoir ‘All Things Remembered’ & New Album ‘The Journey Man’

It has been nearly 8 years since the Legend that is Goldie (MBE received this year for his contribution to the British Music Industry) released an album, well now the wait is over as the artist recently announced that his newest album The Journey Man is set to be released June 16th.  The album is written and produced by the artist and comprises 16 tracks in two-parts.

The artist who constantly reinvents himself as an actor, DJ, producer and song writer, gave us a taster of what to expect on March the 3rd which saw him release the single I Adore You featuring amazing  vocals from artist Natalie Williams. The 9 minute full length video features actor Stephen Graham (Snatch,This is England) as the prisoner is a short film style visual.

If that wasn’t enough, the artist is also set to release a memoir later this year in November titled All Things Remembered. The memoir will published by UK publishing company Faber and will document his life growing up in a children’s home in the West Midlands to becoming one of the pioneers of Drum n Bass.

In the press release for the Memoir the publisher said “It is an explosive story of abuse, revenge, graffiti, gold teeth, sawn-off shotguns, car crashes, hot yoga, absent fatherhood, and redemption through reality TV”.
