Whitney Houston, who tragically died February 2012, was a multiple award-winning, multiple record-breaking global superstar who revolutionised the pop & R&B charts. Her talents even reaching the big screen.

However, as much as she was adored she was also battling many demons stemming from her childhood, leading to a well-publicised drug addiction, which ultimately caused her untimely death.

In UK cinemas since July 6th, 2018 is a new documentary, simply titled, Whitney which charts the legend’s pop and personal life journey. Filmmaker Kevin Macdonald examines the life and career of singer Whitney Houston. The documentary features never-before-seen archival footage, exclusive recordings, rare performances and interviews with the people who knew her best.
