The British Blacklist has been nominated for a Screen Nation Digital is Media Award sponsored by The May Fair Hotel in the category ‘Best Entertainment Lifestyle Magazine’.

The Screen Nation Digital is Media Awards is designed as a competitive excellence platform that will showcase the best work being published online made by black British professional creative and public content creators themed under digital publishing, entertainment and culture working across short films, web series, blogs, magazines, presenting, acting and more.

This purely online event highlights a new born media maker and so the awards structure takes the form of a fun interactive online focused event. Voting will take the form of a unique combination of peer recognition and public support which will test and reward the interactive capabilities of shortlisted nominees in the key area of digital marketing. Voting takes place online for 3 weeks until midnight Wed 7th Dec exclusively on the Screen Nation voting micro site.

The Reception, Screening, Ceremony and After Party event will be held at The May Fair Hotel, Stratton St, London W1J 8LT on Sunday 11th Dec 6pm-1am. The Awards ceremony presentations will be hosted by urban media stars Joivan Wade, Percelle Ascott and Dee Kaat and streamed live via Youtube, with highlights of the event broadcast on a Sky channel at a later date.
