It’s a sci-fi filled ‘What to Watch’ this week with the long-anticipated Snowpiercer returning to Netflix …

Along with the new sci-fi comedy Resident Alien visiting your screens on Sky One. The much loved British ‘Nordic noirMarcella also returns for its final series whilst the Dead Pixel gang return for more MMORPG related fun.

Dead Pixels (Series 2) – Tuesday 26th Jan 10pm, E4

Dead Pixels centres on three friends whose world revolves around their obsession for the fictional MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) Kingdom Scrolls, splitting between their real and virtual lives, and how they cross over.

Starring Shaq B Grant (Gangs of London) as Greg and guest appearances from seven methods of killing kylie jenner playwright Jasmine Lee Jones and African American actor Tommie Earl Jenkins (Law & Order True Crime; How to Get Away With Murder).

Marcella (Series 3) – Tuesday 26th Jan, 9pm ITV

In series 2, Marcella gives full custody of her children to her ex-husband Jason (Nicholas Pinnock) and is sleeping rough under a tunnel. She starts a new life in Belfast as an undercover detective. She has taken on the identity of Keira and has infiltrated the infamous Maguire family. Her quest for the truth puts her in danger.

With Nicholas Pinnock leading the American legal drama series For Life, he doesn’t make an appearance in this series of Marcella. However, Small Axe star Shaniqua Okwok features in two episodes.

Snowpiercer (Series 2) – 26th January, Netflix

Daveed Diggs returns as Andre Layton in the remake of the Bong Joon Ho science fiction action film. The series is set seven years after the world becomes a frozen wasteland and the remains of humanity live on a constantly moving train separated by class and in a revolutionary struggle against imposed social hierarchy.

Euphoria: F**k Anyone Who’s Not A Sea Blob – 25th Jan 9pm, Sky Atlantic & NOW TV

The second part of the Euphoria special follows Jules (Hunter Schafer) over the Christmas holiday as she reflects on the year and deals with the fallout of her decision to abandon Rue at the end of series one. Zendaya also stars as Rue in this Jules led special.

Rupaul’s Drag Race UK (series 2) – Thursdays BBC Three & BBC iPlayer

In a series of challenges, which of the queens will impress Ru to survive another week, who will sashay away, and who will he crown as the UK’s Drag Race superstar?

We are The Brooklyn Saints29th Jan, Netflix

This four-part documentary looks at a youth football program in the heart of inner-city East NY, Brooklyn. Geared towards boys 7-13 years old, the Brooklyn Saints program is more than a sport – it’s a family, and a vehicle for opportunity.
