This programme will offer two individuals the opportunity to be placed as Director shadows during the pre-production and production stages on a highly anticipated HBO show.
These placements will be paid weekly and all travel and accommodations for any location shoots will be provided. The placements will run from January – November 2023 and therefore applicants should ensure they are available full time for these dates.
We are particularly interested in receiving applications from individuals from historically underrepresented backgrounds in the UK.
To be eligible, you should:
- Have a keen interest in directing episodic television, particularly in the drama or genre space
- Have not have directed more than one episode of television
- Be a self-starter and able to self-motivate
- Have experience filming, producing and editing content
- Be 18 years old or over
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be London-based or able to relocate (relocation costs will not be paid)
