The fictional narrative underpinning A Countervailing Theory, as Odutola describes on a plaque at the end of the exhibition, is that the forty chalk, charcoal and pastel images showcased in the exhibition are actually ‘life-size scans’ of pictorial markings found in a black shale rock deposit in Riyom, Plateau State, Nigeria.

Good friend of TBB, BBC Radio 1XTRA DJ, Ace is to attend the fundraising ball alongside other celebrities, to highlight his urgent need of a kidney transplant.
Having excited fans in New York, Seoul, Paris, Singapore, Beijing, Taipei and Las Vegas (where there is now a permanent exhibition) since 2016 the experience has come to east London's Excel.
