‘Five From Thirty’ is The Directorial Debut From Filmmaker Nathan Miller

Biscuit Filmworks presents a short film by Nathan Miller.

Five From Thirty tells the story of Londoner Darnell who finds himself disillusioned by the shortcomings of his career as he steadily approaches 30. Whilst working a shift in the lobby of a boutique hotel, he meets a successful actor who challenges his ideals of what success is and dispels the notion of its meaning and the false narrative perpetuated by society and its use of social media.

The cast includes Tola Teriba (Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, CO-D, Sapiens) as Darnell, Michael Akinsulire (Maleficent: Mistress of Evil Killing Eve, Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse) as Terry, Tyrell Morgan as Marcus, Emmanuel Lawal as The Driver, Luis Torrecilla as Marcello, and Tara Hoyos-Martinez as the TV Host.

Five From Thirty is written and directed by Nathan Miller with Adam Oyejobi as producer and Rupert Reynolds-Maclean as executive producer.

Nathan Miller is repped by commercial film production company Biscuit Film works.
