- Monday – Friday from 9.00am -5.30pm
- 12 month contract with possibility of extension and 3 month probation period
- Salary – £17,340 per annum

Icon Films are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to provide support to the EA to the Managing Director and Creative Director. Your role could involve anything from arranging a meeting, to walking the office dog or sourcing an antique clock!
Someone who is analytical with a logical mind-set, and an organised approach with the ability to tackle several projects simultaneously switching between them without losing focus, whilst still maintaining excellent attention to detail.
We pride ourselves on presentation and delivering outstanding work. We look for the best people to represent our company and in this role you will regularly be the first point of contact whether face-to-face or over the telephone.
It is important you can manage a busy ever-changing role, can work to tight deadlines and do all of the above whilst maintaining good humour.
- Educated to degree level or beyond
- Organised and self-confident
- Ability to adapt and to anticipate problems
- Personable and enthusiastic
- Common sense
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure
- Excellent IT Skills – particularly with Microsoft Office
- Competent with a consider it done attitude
- Previous experience as an administrator or PA
